1200 Series
1200 – Casement: These windows are hinged on the top and bottom, allowing the sash to swing open sideways. Our Casements come standard with multi-point locking system which seals the window tighter against the elements when locked. Casements are available with dual or triple pane glass options and are ENERGY STAR qualified.
1205 – Awning: These windows are hinged on either side, allowing the sash to open out from the bottom. Locks are located on each side to create a tight seal and added security. Awnings are available with dual or triple pane glass options and are ENERGY STAR qualified.
1210 – Fixed: These windows are non operable and have been designed to match the profile of our Casement and Awning sash. From the contours at the glass, to the santoprene strip surrounding the exterior perimeter; this series maintains symmetry between opening and non-opening windows. Fixed windows are available with dual or triple pane glass options and are ENERGY STAR qualified.
1215 – Picture: These windows are non operable and offer a slimmer design than that of our fixed style. The slimmer frame maximizes the glass surface, making the Picture window ideal for smaller windows or for when an increased viewing area is required. Picture windows are available with dual or triple pane glass options and are ENERGY STAR qualified.

500 Series
550 – Sliders: These windows have a sash on one side and a fixed panel on the other. The sash slides horizontally from either the left or the right side of the frame. Generally manufactured with a 50/50 split, they are also available with an off-set sash. Sliders are available with dual pane glass options only.
500 – Single Hung: These windows have a sash at the bottom and a fixed panel at the top. The sash slides vertically from the bottom to the top of the frame. Generally manufactured with a 50/50 split, they are also available with an off-set sash. Single Hung windows are available with dual pane glass options only.
100 Series
100 – Hopper: These windows are hinged on the top two corners of the inside frame, allowing the sash to open inwards from the bottom. Locks are located on the bottom, inside face of the frame. Hopper windows are designed to allow for a maximum clear opening, and are typically used in basement bedrooms when egress is required. The hinge assembly is designed to easily disengage so that the sash can be separated and removed from the frame, should it becomes necessary to do so in an emergency situation. Hopper windows are available with dual and triple pane glass options (some restrictions apply for triple pane, due to overall weight restrictions).
